TIP: Using .iso Files in Windows

An .ISO file is a byte for byte disk image of a DVD.

It can be played without recoding by Windows Media Player IF IT IS MOUNTED as if it were a DVD in a DVD player.

These instructions exist nowhere on the Developers Web Site and can only be obtained in the downloaded program package.

  1. Mount your Virtual Disk.
  2. Navigate to your Virtual Disk in “My Computer”
  3. Right click on the mounted ‘Disk’
  4. Select your Disk Image to be mounted: XXXX.ISO file.
  5. Open Windows Media Player, and movie will begin.
